Based on the characters appearing in various versions of Marvel comic books, X-Men First Class is a movie about mutants, and the powers and abilities they possess, as they strive to either save or destroy the human world as it existed during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962. While possessing incredible speed as well as extraordinary acute senses of hearing and smell, one of Wolverine’s greatest mutant abilities is his superhuman healing powers which, as a beneficial side effect, greatly reduces his aging.

This Marvel-licensed ensemble is styled after the second version of his X-Men costume, with some minor tweaks. It is a yellow and blue jumpsuit with belt buckle, and is buffed up with a muscle-like torso and matching arms. It also includes a Wolverine character mask and Wolverine claws.
